‘Darcey And Stacey’ Season 3 Episode 6 Recap- Feb. 14
Last week on Darcey and Stacey, the girls spent time with their cousin, Shannon. She pointed out parallels between Georgi and Darcey’s ex-husband. This frightened Darcey a bit but everyone noted how much Georgi was trying to better himself. Michael Benz played protective older brother when meeting Florian and Georgi. Unfortunately, he went too hard on Georgi, bringing up everything he had heard about him in the past. This caused a lot of tension and Darcey had to reassure her man she would always have his back.
The twins started the process of casting models for their fashion show. To stay on budget, Aniko, Aspen, Florian, and Georgi will be walking it in. At the same time, the guys agreed to meet with Michael in an attempt to mend fences. However, Georgi said if he acted up again, he would feed him to the gators. Now it is showtime and the guys are acting like divas. At the same time, Stacey is attempting to convince Florian to relocate to Miami full-time. Can he be swayed?
Darcey and Stacey Get Ready For Fashion
It is almost go-time for the House of 11 fashion show. They will be launching a new men’s swim line and to save money, the core team flew in from LA the day before the show. Georgi is getting fitted for what he will wear in the show. He is much more muscular than anticipated by the designers. They do not have anyone to alter the fit so this could pose a challenge. It does not fit him properly and Darcey asks if they can fix it but sadly, they cannot. Back to the drawing board and they cannot lose a model.
Luckily, Aniko and Aspen fit well into their clothes and Aniko feels comfortable walking as she has her pageant experience. The twins are blown away by what Cherry, one of the designers, has done. She says it is hard working with twins as Darcey is out there yet Stacey is far more modest so it can be challenging. The male designer suddenly says he has the solution to Georgi’s problem. He will wear a bikini bottom instead while Florian will wear flamingo bottoms. The look of shock on both of their faces is priceless.
Georgi is nervous he will fall out of the bikini as he is walking. He is reassured he will be fine and he will sell whatever he is wearing. Stacey has a struggle with Florian not wanting to wear a bikini. She claims they wear that in Europe all the time but he disagrees. These two are professional models so they need to buck up and wear what they are given.
Showtime For The Girls
The twins were able to rush some pieces to Miami from the LA office for Florian and Georgi. They are hopeful they will like these better and they will fit. Everyone is rushing around getting looks together and getting hair and makeup done. Darcey and Stacey just want this to be a hit so people will want to invest in their company. Aspen is starting to get nervous but her mom reassures her that it is no big deal. She is so proud of her daughter and has full faith in her.
Florian sees his second choice which is more of a swim trunk and he is still hesitant but does it anyway. Georgi gets his options and he is still being a diva. He agrees to wear it just to make Darcey happy and off to hair he goes. Michael Benz soon shows up and the girls are stoked. He does laugh at what Georgi is wearing since it is a bedazzled top but he does not hear him.
All the models are ready to go and the show is about to start. The models do the best they can, especially Aniko and Aspen, and Darcey and Stacey are thrilled. They end the show by walking out to their song “Doing It Big.” The twins have manifested this brand and here it is. Darcey’s daughters were so happy to see each other walk.
Darcey and Stacey and More Family Time
Everyone was supposed to head back to Connecticut but Georgi has requested to stay in Miami and spend more time with the girls. He has some surprises for Darcey, Aniko, and Aspen but Darcey is worried about how he is paying for all of this. Yet, she does not want to ask and ruffle any feathers after them being on such a high of the night. Florian also feels great as this was the first American fashion show he walked in.
Darcey and her family go on their adventure but Stacey has something planned for her and Florian before they head home. She has wanted to move to Miami for a long time so she contacted a broker. They are going to look at an apartment. This was completely unexpected to him and he considers the homes in America to be expensive and extra. It is five grand a month but Florian wants to start working. He sees opportunity in Connecticut and it is too fast for him.
Stacey agrees yet she says she sees her dream wedding at the end of summer in Miami. He says okay as a compromise. Over with Darcey, Georgi has taken them snorkeling which is on Aspen’s bucket list so she is stoked. Darcey is less than thrilled as she hates open water and the idea of sharks and losing her eyelashes. Georgi claims he will wrestle a shark to get her lashes back.
Diving With Sharks
Aniko and Aspen just want their mom to have some fun and relax. They pretend they are drowning to get her in the water. She immediately wants to get out the moment she jumps in and calls it a nightmare. Behind it all, Darcey is really nervous because Georgi is unemployed. He says that she and Stacey worked so hard and deserve to relax. Georgi says he wants to do more but financially, he cannot. She finally has to address all the money he is spending and he admits he put it on his credit card.
Darcey said she would help pay if he would like. He says it has already been paid for and it is all about making memories. More so, he will pay it off when he gets the money. He is working on Bulgarian rose oil and has a lot of hope for that. Now, Georgi sends the girls home to change and get dolled up because he has an even better surprise. He has a ring in place and something organized with Aniko and Aspen.
Next week on Darcey and Stacey, the girls bring their mom back to the beach to meet up with Georgi. He asks her to marry him once again but what will she say? The twins get more beauty treatments and Florian finally gets his Green Card. Finally, everyone says goodbye to their childhood home as Papa Mike tells the twins they are screwing up their lives.
