Former Counting On star Jessa Seewald is under fire after giving fans a closer look at the inside of her home. The Duggar daughter is now being urged to clean up her messy house. What sparked this reaction from her followers?
This isn’t the first time that Jessa and her husband, Ben Seewald, have been called out for having a messy home. Whenever the couple shares photos or videos of their house, fans have something to say about how dirty it looks or how it needs to be tidied up.
The couple shares four children, Spurgeon, 6, Henry, 5, Ivy, 2, and Fern, 6 months. With four little ones in their home, it’s easy to imagine how messy it can get.
But Duggar fans and critics have a lot to say about the state of Ben and Jessa Seewald’s home.

On YouTube, Jessa Seewald shared a video of her family’s winter activities. They enjoyed making snow ice cream and playing outdoors for a little while. While the Duggar daughter showed off her family’s snow day fun, fans got a closer look at her home. In the background, viewers noticed how messy her home is. Now, fans and critics are urging her to clean up.
In the background of one scene, there are many toys scattered on the rug in the living room. There is also a plastic slide in the room. Duggar snarkers called out Jessa for not keeping her house tidy.
In the video, when the kids are enjoying their snow ice cream, Jessa gives them plastic spoons. Over on Reddit, she’s called out for being lazy and not washing dishes. One Reddit user writes, “Jessa seems too depressed to wash spoons tbh.” Someone else says, “Too lazy and important to do dishes.”
While some Duggar critics are calling out the Seewalds for not keeping their house clean and keeping up with chores, fans understand the mess. After all, there are four young kids in the home.

I think her house is just fine. It is lived in and shows me that she more about her children’s well being and allowing them to be children more so than not ever letting them make messes. I think they are great parents.
I agree. What, kids can’t be kids? Place does not seem dirty, just lived in. Let up on her and mind your own business.
Oh good grief, ppl! Children are only little once. I wish I could go back everyday & spend less to working & cleaning & more time with my children. Her house is not dirty it’s lived in. Stop the hate!
The kids toyss are on the floor but you can see the furnityre and the floors are all nice and clean with no dust or dirt on them .So i do not see a problem here.

She lives in a home not a house a home is loved by the people who live the word is live in it not just visit. Her house shows love where her kids feel comfortable playing and having fun. Thank God for parents who allow their children to play and enjoy the home they live it doesn’t need to be a showcase but a loving environment let Jesse alone she is a good mother and wife.
