Tammy Slaton Rocks Out, Embraces New Nickname
Tammy Slaton had quite the turnaround at the end of Season 3 1000-Lb Sisters. It was revealed to fans that she is now in rehab because she sent herself there. While in rehab, she seems to be having fun on TikTok. Now, she is embracing a new nickname and rocking out.

During her time in rehab, Tammy Slaton seems to be spending a lot of time on the video app, TikTok along with other social media apps. This time, Tammy is rocking out and embracing a nickname TikTok gave her.
In one TikTok filter, it gives participants a randomly generated nickname. Her favorite nickname was one that called her ‘Lil Kitty.’ Tammy was more than thrilled with that nickname and fully embraced it.
Others it offered her were ‘Da Disease’ and ‘King Mommy.’ It’s easy to see why she likes ‘Lil Kitty’ so much.
While playing with the filter, she was rocking out to music too. According to The Sun, Eminem’s song My Name is playing while she records herself.

Fans are less than impressed
While Tammy does seem to be doing well and having fun, some fans still fear she isn’t taking this weight loss or time in rehab seriously. At the end of 1000-Lb Sisters it is revealed that the family was faced with making funeral arrangements because Tammy got that close to dying. Fans of the show seemed to have hoped that that would’ve set Tammy straight.

“You almost died and on tik tok” another says.
Luckily, Tammy does have some support from other fans. Hopefully, the ones who are doubting her don’t derail any good work she has already put in. She seems to be in a fragile state – too many negative comments might drag her back down.
By the end of the show, she had lost over 100-lbs. There’s no telling exactly when that was filmed. So, hopefully, she has lost even more and will continue to lose weight once she gets home so she can get her weight loss surgery and finally be healthy again.

Fat brat lost her duplex for non payment of rent so once she’s released from rehab she’s going to move in and ruin Amy’s life.
Too bad they can’t just have the state keep her somewhere. Like a barn.
When you think of all the money discovery network shelled out? And she abused that opportunity….yes she should pay for this stay….it’s too bad her sister feels the need to bring her into her home again….that cycle will start all over again…

Lil Kitty?!?! No, just NO!! That is an insult to all cat lovers and kitty cats. Frankly after 3 seasons of no actual personal responsibility for her super morbidly obesity, “Da Disease” is a much more appropriate nickname. Knowing how that kind of nickname can be a negative reminder, however, she should just stick with Tam Tam given to her by the family that loves her.

I really hope that I don’t ever have to see this disease again. So very tired of all the lies about her loosing weight. Nobody cares anymore. Just go away already. You can loose weight but you will still be ugly in and out.

I am very happy Tammy went to rehab. I have struggled with weight problems since i had my 2nd child. I finally decided i needed help and had gastric bypass on November 1st. One would have to go thru the struggles of being obese/morbidly obese to understand. Just like junkies need their next fix…people with a food addictions need their fix….FOOD.
Tammy is on the right path now. But all it takes is idiots HATEFUL comments, which is cyber bullying & a crime, to send her in a tailspend to head straight back to her addiction…FOOD.

She’s a very nasty person. She treats everyone like garbage and thinks they should wait on her hand and foot. She’s had ample opportunity to lose weight and do better for herself but she would rather have the excuse of her weight to control and ruin her family’s life.
Tammy please continue with your weight loss you can do it with that stubborn streak you have!!!! Amy is trying to have her family and although she loves you please stop over invading her life. You have to find a place for yourself not with Amy but still have a close relationship. It’s not fair of you to expect her to take care of a 35 yr. Old. You also will find more happiness.hanging there yoy.
I don’t really keep up with the show but I catch it every now and then. Tammy thinks that this is a joke from what I can tell. But I’m a second chance person because I have gotten second chances in my life. (and 3rd and 4th chances.)
I do hope she understands how serious it is to be healthy, and how devastated her family would be to lose her.
I guess we will find out.
If Amy takes her back in, then I am done with the show! Amy is trying hard to change her life and she needs to let the grown up baby learn to live on her own!
