‘RHONJ’: Teresa Giudice Pals Shocked Over Decision NOT To Sign Prenup With Luis Ruelas
Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s closest pals are not happy about her decision to NOT sign a prenup with her current fiance Luis Ruelas. There is a lot of confusion amongst the reality star’s families and friends over the decision. They can’t understand why Teresa does not feel the need to protect herself and everything she has worked so hard to obtain since her divorce from Joe Giudice.
Teresa Giudice Put On The Spot
During a recent episode of What What Happens Live, host and close friend, Andy Cohen, put Teresa on the spot asking the Bravo star if she and Ruelas were planning on signing the documents before the wedding. Teresa answered with a quick NO. Then after seeing Andy’s shocked face added, “I mean, I don’t know.”
Teresa’s oldest daughter Gia Giudice quickly jumped in to help defend her mother’s decision, according to allabouttherh.com. Gia was serving on the show as the episode’s guest bartender and asked Cohen, “Why would she sign a prenup?”
“Why wouldn’t she sign a prenup?” Andy spouted back. “Why wouldn’t she sign a prenup to protect what she has and to protect what he has?”
Teresa looked quite flustered as did Luis who was sitting in the front row of the audience. Gia then revealed that her father Joe Giudice made her mother sign a prenup before they were married. Fans looked stunned by the reveal.
Andy Cohen Believes Teresa Giudice Is Making A Mistake
Andy was not convinced that this is a good idea and continued to convince Teresa to get a prenup. Not only is Andy Cohen offering up advice to Teresa Giudice, so is RHONY star Bethenny Frankel. Frankel took to Twitter to offer her thoughts stating, “I may jump through my phone if Teresa Giudice doesn’t sign a prenup.”
Is Luis Ruelas Hiding Something?
The prenup issues are not the only problems that Teresa Giudice is getting flack over these days. TV Shows Ace reports that in June a video of Luis surfaced revealing what appears to be some pretty shady future plans. The video reveals Luis on the beach with a group of shirtless men as he is heard apologizing and professing his love to an ex. Fans are calling out to Teresa to seriously needs to rethink her relationship with Ruelas.
During last week’s RHONJ episode the other wives told Teresa that they felt Luis needed to address the video. Their thoughts angered Giudice, who quickly found herself once again defending Ruelas. Teresa’s sister-in-law Melissa Gorga claims that she feels Giudice has been looking for true love since her divorce and has fallen hard for sweet talk and promises without really getting to know all about Ruelas and his past.
Fans feel that Teresa Giudice will be getting into many more uncomfortable conversations before the wedding while those closest to her continue to push for the prenup and more background information on her soon-to-be husband.
