American Pickers star Mike Wolfe’s new girlfriend is doing fine for herself. According to a new report, Leticia Cline has her own $200,000 business empire. Her businesses include a dive bar and a motorcycle garage. She has proved that she doesn’t rely on her man’s money.

This comes amid the decline in ratings. Season 23 of American Pickers made its debut on Saturday, January 1, 2022, without Frank Fritz as the host. Fans promised to boycott the show and it’s worked. They don’t approve of Mike’s brother Robbie Wolfe as the new host.

The show has hit under 1 million viewers. This could put the show in jeopardy. Mike may have to rely on his new girl if this continues.

Inside Leticia Cline’s $200k business

Per The Sun, American Pickers star Mike Wolfe’s girlfriend Leticia Cline runs her own empire. It is reportedly worth $200,000 in commercial property. Mike has been dating the model and entrepreneur since 2021. TV Shows Ace previously shared a photo of the two with an Alabama state senator.

Leticia’s business is so successful that she’s considering expanding. She’s purchasing real estate for $100,000 in her hometown of Cave City, Kentucky. According to The Sun, Leticia purchased suites A and B in July 2021. The 6,000-square-foot building features two stories.

She hasn’t announced her future business plans. The papers reveal that it’s for a “restaurant/recreation bar or lounge.” She already owns another business next door, called The Dive. Leticia opened the establishment in 2019 with her mom, Debbie Passmore, and her sister, Shannon Burke.

Her mom is the owner of the building. She purchased the building in her name in May 2019 for $38,000. She also owns Smiley’s Garage in Cave City. In July 2018, Leticia and her sister purchased the building for $20,000. Leticia took a page out of American Pickers and purchased antique floors for her new business. She’s been sharing the journey of the renovation via her Instagram Stories.

American Pickers star is in love

Leticia wanted to make sure that she took good care of herself. She lets American Pickers fans know about the ongoing of her business. However, she hasn’t confirmed whether she is opening a new restaurant. She’s only shared with fans that she’s always wanted to have her own business.

“When I was a little girl I told my mom I was going to get rich and come back and buy my Hometown, Cave City. I didn’t come back rich but I can back full of ideas and the knowledge of how to achieve a goal,” Leticia wrote on Instagram. “Since then I’ve opened a community motorcycle garage, a bar, renovating a 100-year-old building into 4 more businesses and sit on city council… I’m proud of where I’m from and work endlessly to see it reach its full potential.”

She first dated the American Pickers star after Mike’s wife Jodi filed for divorce in November 2020. He agreed to pay his wife over $5 million to “provide for the equitable division of the marital estate.” In addition, Jodi received 50 percent of post-tax royalties for what Mike earned during Seasons 1 to 10 of American Pickers. She also has primary custody of their 9-year-old daughter, Charlie.
