Mama June’s Daughter Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird Reveals HUGE Weight Loss
Most of Mama June’s children struggle with weight issues. But Lauryn Efird, also known as Pumpkin, has made a tremendous transformation.

Lauryn Efird is a mother of two, but that hasn’t stopped her from achieving some goals
Although she was once famous for being Alana Thompson’s sister, Lauryn Efird is living a much quieter life these days. She doesn’t often post videos on her Instagram channel, but recently had some exciting news to share with fans.
The 22-year-old had her second child last July but is focused on weight loss and fitness now. And it really seems like her hard work is paying off!
It’s definitely a paid advertisement, but the products she uses seem to be working for her.
“Perfect time for @boombod’s shots to be back in my routine 👏 These help cut down on those winter cravings, get the motivation up, and all the flavors I’ve tried are super tasty! Check out @boombod and get started while all of their programs are Bogo Free tonight 😊” Pumpkin wrote.
Her fans were largely supportive of the transformation.
“You look so amazing Pumpkin ♥️ keep up the fabulous job you are doing! GO PUMPKIN GO!!!” said one fan.
“Pumpkin! You look beautiful!” said another.
Being a mother and a guardian for your younger sister at 22-years-old can’t be easy, but Lauryn Efird is here to show that anything is possible with some hard work.
Becoming Alana’s guardian
We previously touched on how Mama June lost custody of Alana Thompson when authorities apprehended her on drug charges. Thankfully, Lauryn Efird stepped up for her sister and took her in.
“A lot of folks in this world do not realize how many people are actually really affected by drug and alcohol [use],” Alana told Teen Vogue. “It’s very, very hard. It’s something I’d wish on nobody, for real.”
The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star admitted that Mama June is doing better and they’re all working together as a family to keep her sober.
It’s never easy having a parent that struggles with addiction, but Alana seems to be making the most of things. She shared Christmas with Pumpkin’s family and they all had matching holiday t-shirts.
