Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans clapped back at one of her haters. They accused her of “shading” her stepdaughter on social media. The 30-year-old took to TikTok to share a new video that featured her three kids. Jenelle was subtle with her apparent shade. If you take a good look at her new TikTok video, you’ll notice that she didn’t include her stepdaughter.

Jenelle is married to her husband David Eason. The couple shares daughter Ensley, 5. She’s also the mother of Jace, 11, and Kaiser, 6, from previous relationships. David shares daughter Maryssa, 14, with Whitney Johnson, and son Kaden David, 7, with Olivia Leedham.

Did Jenelle Evans shun her own daughter?

In the new TikTok video, Jenelle Evans wore a black knit beanie with a black jacket. She lip-syncs along to Gayle’s hit song “ABCDEFU.” The tune transitioned from its typical punk version to an acoustic version. Then, Jenelle shared throwback photos of her three kids.

She captioned the TikTok video: “Unconditional love forever.”

It seems that Jenelle is grasping onto a new trend. Most of the younger kids and teens on TikTok have been putting their own spin on Gayle’s “ABCDEFU.” Jenelle used this trend to showcase her children. However, fans can’t help but notice that she shunned her stepdaughter.

Some of them took to the comment section to share their thoughts. They took notice of Jenelle’s subtle shade of Maryssa. One user wrote, “The shade to Marissa [SIC]” with the shocked face emoji. Jenelle snapped back, “Maryssa doesn’t want to be online period. That’s her personal preference. She deleted all social media. Same with David’s son, Kaden.”

Jenelle Evans claims that she “would have included her” if she wanted to. However, she doesn’t want to upset her by posting her photos on social media without her consent. The MTV star claims that the teenager has no interest in social media.

Teen Mom alum accused of shading stepdaughter before

Jenelle Evans was accused of snubbing her stepdaughter before. In June 2021, Maryssa graduated from middle school. Her father, David Eason, called her “beautiful and smart” on TikTok. He shared a video of Maryssa walking with her classmates in a cap and gown.

Later that month, Jenelle Evans took to TikTok to stir the pot. She called her biological kids her “best friends.” Fans called her out for failing to mention Maryssa. One user wrote, “Don’t forget maryssa?!” while another added, “I tell my bonus kids the same as I tell my son.”
