Kenny Braasch and Mari Pepin did not have an easy time falling in love on the Bachelor Nation franchise. At one point, Demi Burnett made a play for Kenny.
However, he reconnected with Mari before they had to leave Mexico. During the record-breaking finale, Mari and Kenny were among the three Bachelor in Paradise couples with an engagement.
Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt, and Maurissa Gunn and Riley Christian also got engaged. However, not all of the couples are still together. Is Kenny and Mari’s big news a break up?

Shortly after the New Year holiday, rumors swirled on social media that something was brewing between Maurissa Gunn and Riley Christian. They both shared cryptic posts that seemed to indicate a split.
However, they chose to remain silent on the status of their relationship until recently. Sadly, Gunn and Christian confirmed their engagement is over. What about the other couples?
As far as the public knows, things are still going strong between the other two BIP couples who got engaged. Additionally, two other couples got back together after emotional breakups on Season 7.
Abigail Heringer and Noah Erb just celebrated six months together. Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs are also living their best life after reconnecting after Mexico.

One of the biggest hurdles for Bachelor Nation couples is distance. For Mari and Kenny, a long-distance relationship is no longer a problem. Braasch shared on social media that the two just leased an apartment together in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois.
Bachelor Nation reminds us that Mari was previously based in Annapolis, Maryland. But now she’s making the move to Chicago.
Pepin shared her fiance’s post on her own social media, joking that she “can’t wait to keep annoying” Kenny.
