Hallmark Has Canceled These Mysteries

Fans of the Hailey Dean Mysteries and Picture Perfect Mysteries may be disappointed to learn that both Hallmark Movies and Mysteries series has been canceled.

Next, it appears that The Gourmet Detective has also been canceled. Dylan Neal is developing a new mystery series, but not with Hallmark.

Lastly, Lori Loughlin may have starred in When Hope Calls Christmas, but it does not look as though she will be back at Hallmark with new episodes of Garage Sale Mysteries.

Are These Hallmark Mysteries Being Canceled?

Currently, fans of these mysteries are still awaiting their fate.

First, the Matchmaker Mysteries. Since Danica McKellar has signed an exclusive contract with GAC, many fans are assuming that her contract will keep her from working on this Hallmark Movies & Mysteries series.

Jesse Metcalfe’s Martha’s Vineyard Mysteries are still under consideration. He will be in an upcoming GAC Family movie, however, he has not signed an exclusive contract like McKellar.

Next, both the Lacey Chabert, Brennan Elliott series, Crossword Mysteries, and Alison Sweeney’s Chronicle Mysteries have been swirled in a shroud of mystery.

Currently, Hallmark is reevaluating their mysteries. Although they have formally canceled a couple of series, they have yet to make a formal decision on the future of these series.

As for Mystery 101, TV Shows Ace has researched what is going on with this series, especially as the last move ended in a dramatic cliffhanger.

  2. Garage Sale Mysteries was one of my past faves. I also like Elliot & Chabert together in Crosswords. I like Teagarden, but preferred Sweeney in Murder She Baked over her podcast series.
