Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar’s baby naming process was revealed. An old video surfaced on the internet. Duggar fans are “weirded out” by the footage. The clip from 19 Kids & Counting revealed that they considered Jimelle for their 18th kid.
Michelle and Jim Bob asked their kids to vote on a name. They gave their kids a long list of first names and middle names. They wanted them to come up with a combination for their future spawn. It was important for Michelle and Jim Bob to have their kids’ input.
Old 19 Kids & Counting clip surfaces on the internet
Jim Bob and Michelle first starred in 19 Kids & Counting before Josh Duggar’s crimes took place. TLC revamped the show into Counting On. An old clip from the original series made its rounds on Reddit. The first names list included potential names that started with the letter J, including Joneal, Jimelle, and Jacee.
Meanwhile, the middle name list included Brook/Brooke, Brooklyn, Charity, Emma, Grace, Hope, Madison, Makiya, and Paris. Yet, fans were shocked to see Jimelle and Jichelle as possible names. The names are a combination of Michelle and Jim, similar to “Brangelina.” Some fans found it creepy while others recalled how ridiculous those names sounded.
Thankfully, the parents ended up naming their 18th child Jordyn-Grace. Reddit users commented about the couple possibly naming their child Jimelle or Jichelle. Some of them had a good laugh, while others couldn’t help but cringe.
