Carlin Bates Shares HUGE House-Hunting Update
Bringing Up Bates stars Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart are currently searching for the perfect home to raise their growing family in. The couple has a daughter, Layla Rae, who’s almost two years old. In the spring, their baby boy will arrive. Ahead of his birth, the couple is hoping to find a great house that’s in the right location and has plenty of space for their little ones.
To kick off the new year, they shared with fans that they were looking at their dream home. They took viewers along for the showing and then talked about the house on their YouTube channel, too. As we reported, they decided to put an offer in on the home.
As you might know, Carlin and Evan share a new vlog on YouTube every Saturday. So, they left fans waiting for a whole week before telling them whether they got the house. Of course, fans were very hopeful and sent lots of well wishes their way. Now, the couple is back to share an update.

In a new YouTube video uploaded over the weekend, Carlin and Evan share with fans the latest details on their house-hunt. Unfortunately, things aren’t looking so good. They revealed that, despite putting in a good offer, according to their realtor, it was not accepted. They explained that things are crazy with the market right now.
Though they are disappointed by this, they are trusting God and hope that they’ll find an even better house in the near future. In the meantime, they are preparing to welcome their son to the world in just a few months.
Hopefully, Carlin and Evan will be able to get their little family into the perfect house soon. Thanks to social media, the pair will likely keep fans in the loop about everything that’s going on. So, stay tuned for more updates from them.
