Loren Brovarnik Says Plastic Surgery In Future After 3rd Baby
90 Day Fiance star Loren Brovarnik has proudly shown off her weight loss journey since welcoming baby number two. She has also been very open about the fact that she is not opposed to having one more baby in the future with her husband, Alexei. Now, with two boys under two and a brand new series starting next week, Loren is opening up about what’s next for her. Interestingly enough, the future may include a little nip/tuck.

The one thing fans seem to love about Loren is her honesty. When she is having a rough or off day, she is not afraid to showcase it on social media. Her ability to relate to the average female could be part of the reason why she and hubby, Alex have landed their own reality series. The two met while she was on her birthright trip in Israel where he was a medic. They immediately clicked and started a long-distance romance as she was from Florida. This paved the way for them to appear on the TLC reality series 90 Day Fiance.
Loren and Alex wed in both Israel and America before welcoming their son Shai. They also appeared on a handful of 90 Day spinoffs. Yet, fans of the couple grew to love them more watching them give commentary on the satirical series Pillow Talk. Former 90 Day cast members were filmed reacting to various spinoffs with Alex and Loren quickly becoming fan favorites. She appeared on the series up until Shai was born.
In March 2021, Loren revealed she was pregnant again and their gender reveal was all about more blue. She was excited because now she was truly the queen of the house. Again, she and Alex filmed Pillow Talk up until their son Asher was born. Sadly, he had an extended stay in the NICU but came out happy, healthy, and swinging. Since then Loren has continued to promote brands she loves on her social media while being a mom of two. However, she did share she was not necessarily done having babies but there was one caveat if she has one more.
Going Under The Knife?
In an interview with Us Weekly, Loren revealed she would have plastic surgery if she had a third baby. “I want to have a mommy makeover done within the next few years. So time’s ticking [on having another baby].” Instagram followers may have seen how Loren is very active in her daily life, going to the gym and such. She also promotes her favorite workout shoes and gear. Recently, her family was taken down by COVID, with Alex being the first to be stricken.
Loren was quarantined to the living room with Shai and Asher as they tested negative. Soon enough, it was a family affair. Now they are on the mend and promoting their new series Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days, which premieres January 1oth on TLC. As for what gender they are hoping for the next time around, Alex would like a girl. He adds “the faster, the better.” Loren would like all boys but jokes she will probably end up with town girls.
Either way, when it’s done, she wants to be revamped from head to toe. She shares she wants to get tucked and tightened since she will already be under. Yet she stresses she will not be going crazy. As long as she is happy, that is all that matters.
