Carlin Bates & Evan Stewart Share Sneak Peek Inside Dream Home
Bringing Up Bates stars Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart have lots of excitement ahead. There are several big things brewing for the couple and their almost-two-year-old daughter Layla. As you might know, Carlin and Evan will welcome a new baby to the world in the spring. They recently revealed that the baby is a boy. They’ve also shared a peek at their baby name list.
But now, they are switching gears and focusing on another important step for their soon-to-be family of four. They shared a big update with fans, revealing what might be right around the corner for them.
In a new vlog, the couple shares a little bit about what’s going on in their lives right now. There are sweet moments from the holiday season included in the vlog, too.
Carlin Bates & Evan Stewart share a peek into their house hunt.
Right now, Carlin and Evan are hoping to find their dream house. They’re currently renting and want to find a place to call their own. Plus, they’re hoping to find a bigger home before their baby boy comes.
In the new vlog, Carlin is sitting in the car, chatting with viewers ahead of a showing. She reveals that she’s been driving around the neighborhood and that it’s in the Knoxville area, so they’ll be close to church, work, and family.
While at the showing, Evan and Carlin filmed a quick walkthrough of the new place. You can see the photos below or watch the video. There’s plenty of space for their growing family, as well as a guest area in the basement for visitors. Plus, there’s a beautiful sunroom, which is currently filled with plants.
After they got home from seeing the house, they decided to put in an offer. Though they’ve been looking for a while, Evan admits, “This is the furthest we’ve ever gotten with a house.”
They haven’t shared another update after putting an offer in on the house. So, hopefully, they will have some good news to share with fans soon. In the meantime, they are soaking up some quality time with Evan’s family for the holidays.
