Joy-Anna Forsyth Declares She’s Taking Off, Needs A Break
Former Counting On star and Duggar daughter Joy-Anna Forsyth revealed to fans that she’s had enough and needs to take a break. She took to social media to share this update and let everyone know what’s going on in her life.
Of course, Duggar fans can’t blame Joy-Anna if she needs a break. If you’ve been following the Duggar family, you probably know all about Josh’s trial and conviction in his child porn case. Joy-Anna and her husband, Austin, even attended several days of the trial and heard the heartbreaking testimony from their family friend, Bobye Holt.
Following the trial, there was alleged “chaos” and drama within the family, too. Now, Joy-Anna didn’t specifically mention the trial or her family when talking about taking a break.
But it’s possible that everything going on has motivated her to step back and slow down. After all, this has been a lot for the whole family to deal with.
Joy-Anna Forsyth tells fans all about her upcoming break.
On Friday morning, Joy-Anna hopped on her Instagram stories to share a little update with fans. She revealed her New Year’s Eve plans, as well as what’s next for her in the new year.
It looks like Joy-Anna, Austin, and the kids are going to take it easy this New Year’s Eve. Joy-Anna explained, “We’re going to have a nice quiet evening here at the house. And hopefully grill something for supper!”
In another story, she shared what she and Austin have planned for the new year. She wants to keep fans updated so they know why she may or may not be posting soon. She says, “Wanted to let you all know…I will be taking a break off of social media for the month of January. I want to take the month to refocus, reprioritize, and spend some quality time with family.”
So, fans can rest assured that everything is fine if Joy-Anna doesn’t post on social media in January. She’s simply taking some time for herself and her family. Fans can look forward to more posts from her in February when she returns to social media.
