Savannah Adores Her Grandparents

It’s no secret that Savannah Chrisley has a soft spot for her grandparents. The reality television star is regularly posting photos of herself with Nanny Faye. From the looks of it, the grandmother/granddaughter duo regularly do things together like meet for breakfast or try out products from Savannah’s makeup line.

TV Shows Ace recently shares a sweet moment between Savannah and Nanny Faye. On Instagram, the doting granddaughter shared a reel that looks like she and Nanny Faye are toasting their coffee mugs. In the background, Chris Stapelton’s song “Joy Of My Life” is playing. The specific verse is “you are the joy of my life.” Savannah goes on to thank God “for the gift of grandparents!”

Unfortunately, Savannah Chrisley’s grandfather on her dad’s side, Gene Raymond Chrisley, passed away in 2012. However, Chrisley Knows Best fans may feel like they know Nanny Faye’s late husband. Savannah isn’t the only one that posts about him regularly. Todd Chrisley also shares fond memories of his father on social media.

Recently, TV Shows Ace reported on Gene Chrisley’s military service. Todd shares a photo of his day in uniform and writes:

Found this today of my dad during his stint in the army, he was 16, I am proud of his sacrifices and will never take them lightly.”

In a bittersweet post, Savannah Chrisley shares the things she will never forget about her grandfather. “I will never forget your smell… your laughs… your hugs… and all your singing in the car.” Heartwarmingly, that’s not all Todd Chrisley’s daughter won’t forget.

Earlier today, Savannah Chrisley shared a post on her Instagram Story about reminiscing about her grandfather. While these posts expire, we were able to capture this sweet post below.

In the clip, Savannah is stirring a big pot of elbow noodles in what looks like a tomato-based sauce. She writes, “Anyone else have those weird things grandparents used to make them?”

After that, she captions the clip, “Missin you Papa” with a red heart emoji.
