‘Sister Wives:’ Meri Brown Throws Shade At Kody & Christine Split
Meri Brown got cryptic on her Instagram Stories recently and Sister Wives fans think she was throwing shade at Christine and Kody’s split. Is she salty that Christine left Kody Brown? Her latest Instagram Stories post suggests that might be the cast.
Meri Brown shades Christine for dumping Kody
Is Meri Brown salty that Christine dumped Kody? Sister Wives star pressure Meri to make the same decision Christine has made on a daily basis. They always flood into her comments telling her she doesn’t need Kody. She, however, occasionally reminds them he is still her husband and they are in a happy relationship together.
Meri Brown, however, left a pretty cryptic message about being thankful and happiness that fans think was her way of throwing shade at Christine Brown.
Remember, being happy doesn’t mean you have it all. It simply means you’re thankful for all you have.”
According to The Sun, Sister Wives fans think Meri Brown might be salty of Christine. Does she think Christine should have just been happy with the family she had and continued to put up with Kody? Does she think Christine made a mistake leaving Kody?
Or, is it possible Meri Brown is actually jealous of Christine? Is she jealous of Christine doing what so many fans have wanted Meri to do for several seasons now?
As we’ve previously reported, there are a lot of rumors that Meri and Kody Brown are no longer together. Some of these rumors suggest Meri and Kody are only together long enough to film new seasons of the show before going their separate ways. These rumors, who come from anonymous sources claiming to be close to the family, insist Meri has zero relationship with Kody outside of filming the series.
The TLC personality clings to friendship with her husband
Meri Brown showed fans a side of her they had not seen before during this season of Sister Wives. Meri got giddy over the opportunity to sit down and chat with her husband. She told the camera she did not care what they discussed, she was just happy to be given the time of day. Fans admit they were disgusted to see this side of Meri Brown. They didn’t understand why she continued to cling to her lack of a relationship with Kody Brown.
More recently in this season, Kody made it clear he and Meri were just friends. Turns out, he’s never moved past the catfish incident. And, he was waiting for her to woo him with some sort of grand gesture to win her way back into his heart. So, for now, the two are just friends who happen to be spiritually married.

I feel for Meri- but totally get it. I think she actually loves him and has not given up hope yet because she feels inside that she created this mess, and they can come out of it. But his ego was hurt on National tv. And like most people in this situation, sooner or later he will go too far – then it’ll be over. She deserves so much more than him.
I think Robin deliberately kept the news from Cody that Mere was wanting to hang out during the pandemic because she was following the rules. It was obvious because he wasn’t aware of it. What a devious snake!
