Derick Dillard Makes Bold Statement About Jim Bob Duggar’s Lies
Derick Dillard is calling out Jim Bob Duggar for lying once again. Over the years, Derick has publicly shared his thoughts about his father-in-law. As fans know, the two are not on great terms. There has been plenty of drama between Derick and Jill and Michelle and Jim Bob. Though only some of the details are known, it seems that some of the issues began with Jim Bob not paying Jill and Derick for their time on the family TLC shows.
Jill previously revealed she has set boundaries with her parents. It doesn’t seem like she spends much time at their home.
Now, as things have escalated with Josh Duggar’s trial and Jim Bob’s failed State Senate run, Derick has ramped up his statements about his father-in-law. He openly supported another candidate while talking about Jim Bob’s lies and abuse.
So, what does Derick have to say this time?

In a new tweet on Monday, Derick seemingly shaded his father-in-law again. He shared a bible verse about deceit. It reads, “Bread gained by deceit is sweet to a man, but afterward his mouth will be full of gravel.” (Proverbs 20:17)
Though Derick doesn’t tag his father-in-law or name any names, many fans and critics assume this post has something to do with Jim Bob. After all, Derick has already called Jim Bob out for lying many times before. Many of Derick’s recent posts about Jim Bob have been about his lies amid his State Senate run. So, it would make sense if this tweet was about him too.
While many fans applaud Derick for speaking out against Jim Bob and for exposing some of the Duggar family’s secrets, some wonder if this is a good choice.
In one reply, someone writes, “What is it you hope to accomplish by taking shots at your in laws publicly, deserved though those shots may be?” Someone else calls Derick’s approach “biblical shade.”
Others, however, are standing by Derick’s side. One Twitter user writes, “Keep using your voice Derick. We’re listening. You’ve got inner strength that will carry your family through these trying times.”

I agree with Derrick. I also think that it is good that he is speaking out, remember that this is the family that was on TV pertraying the perfect christian family and to find out that they were just lying to us for years. When you put your life on display it would be in your best interest not to be living with skeletons and graveyards in your closet. The best thing for me to do is first, pray for the victims of child abuse and their families. Then pray for the children that lived with the accused that he did not abuse them. Pray for his sisters, this has to be very difficult for them, opening old wounds. Pray for his parents souls and his soul, they have to answer to GOD. May he have mercy on them.
No he shouldn’t be talking about his in-laws. I see it as a betrayal!

Why must you air your families dirty laundry in public. Yes, I said your family. When you married your wife her family became yours. You are betraying all of their trust and hurting your wife. You should have enough love for her to shut up. But if not for her what about the damage you are doing to Jesus!? The Duggars have all publicly proclaimed Jesus as their Lord and Savior. This doesn’t make them perfect just save by God’s grace. You Derick should stop judging and spreading rumors because what goes around comes around.
Derick and Jill have chosen their own paths. Leave Jim Bob and Michelle alone. They have enough on their plates. In other words, mind your own business. If Jill wishes to blab about her parents, so be it. I don’t believe Derick should be judging them now. And that being said, why now? You’ve had plenty of time prior to this event.
Derick needs to stop speaking public about Jill’s family with what goes on in that family’s house. They are your family now too. Family’s are not all perfect. The parents have enough on their plate. Don’t need insults from son in laws. I am sure Jill may feel hurting inside her and plus the children need their grand parents no matter what. Also shame on the daughters that are saying stuff, you are hurting your kids and their relationship with the grand parents. This family needs each other now for support and bring each other close again. More importantly I feel sorry for Anna and her kids. She needs the family’s support, not criticism for the brothers and sisters of the Duggars.
