Meanwhile, his wife, Anna, is responsible for all seven of their children on her own. Their oldest, Mackynzie is 12 years old, and their new baby, Madyson, is just one month old. The mom and kids are reportedly living in a warehouse on Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s property. However, it’s unclear what is next for them.
Since Josh was booked into the Washington County jail, we haven’t heard much about him and what’s going on. Now, more details about his holidays have emerged. How will the former 19 Kids & Counting star be spending his first Christmas without his family around?
What will Josh Duggar’s Christmas look like this year?
The Sun exclusively reveals how different Josh’s holiday season will be this year. A source spoke to the news outlet and shared a little bit of information about Christmas in solitary confinement at the Washington County jail. It’s been reported that Josh is in solitary confinement for “safety reasons.”
The source said that the dinner menu is still in the works. It will probably be something simple. The source explains that it will be a pretty simple meal that’s “a little special something. It won’t be big, but it’ll be a little something different.”
The insider then revealed, “People in solitary do not get to eat with others. They get served alone in their cell, but they get the same food everyone else does.”
According to the source, “This morning they had oatmeal with butter and sugar, a sausage patty, homemade fried potatoes, bread, and margarine.”
As far as drinks go, the inmates are served an orange-flavored fortified drink. They cannot have coffee. For lunch on a typical day, Josh might have a hamburger. For dinner, he typically has “turkey and rice casserole and green beans with bread and margarine.”
