Duggar Cousin Amy King ‘Letting Go’ Of Toxic Family Members
Duggar cousin Amy King has been sharing her thoughts about her family’s drama for years. She often shares tweets and social media posts that include quotes or deep thoughts. However, she never calls her family members by their names in these posts. But fans know exactly what she’s talking about when she posts these kinds of things online.
In case you may not know, Amy is the niece of Jim Bob Duggar. Jim Bob’s sister Deanna is Amy’s mother. While she is related to the 19 Kids & Counting family, she lives her life much differently from Jim Bob’s family.
Amid Josh Duggar’s trial and his conviction, Amy had a lot to say. She has talked about her “toxic” family members in the past. She also appeared to be sending hints to Josh’s wife Anna, urging her to pack her bags in one post. In another post, she mentioned speaking up and using your voice. This could have been directed toward Anna or some of Josh’s sisters who were his victims.
Now, Amy is speaking out once again about the “toxic” things or people in her life. This post appears to be about the Duggar family in general, but it’s unclear if it’s about one person in particular. There is possibly more going on behind the scenes for the family, so there could be drama between Amy and one of her famous relatives.
Duggar cousin Amy King shares a quote as she lets go.
In a new tweet on Sunday, Amy seemed to reveal that she’s “letting go” of some of the toxic family members in her life. She shared a quote and called it a “good reminder today.”
The quote says, “If your heart hurts a little after letting go of someone or something, that’s okay. It just means your feelings were genuine.”
It continues, “No one likes endings. And no one likes pain. But sometimes we have to put things that were once good to an end after they turn toxic to our well-being. Not every new beginning is meant to last forever. And not every person who walks into your life is meant to stay.”
Based on the timing of this post and everything going on with the Duggar family, it seems to be related to them. Though she doesn’t include anyone’s names or talk about her family’s drama in the post, it’s a safe assumption.
It’s unclear who wrote the post because Amy didn’t give anyone credit for it.
