Jana Duggar Child Endangerment: Who Was Involved?
On Friday, the news broke that Jana Duggar was charged with child endangerment. The oldest Duggar daughter was arrested back in September, but the details only came out a few months later. Now, fans and critics are looking for answers about what really happened. They especially want to know which children were involved, as well as the full story.
Unfortunately, there still isn’t too much information available about it all. So, fans will have to wait. But a small amount of new information has come out about which of the children were involved in the situation.
Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball originally reported that Jana was allegedly sleeping when a child was found in the road near the family’s home.

Now, more details about the situation have come out. Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball revealed some additional information from a source close to the family. In a new social media post, Katie reveals which child was involved. She writes:
“My family insider & separate local in the area says the child allegedly found alone was Josh Duggar’s youngest daughter Mary Ella, who was 22 months old. When she was found, the witness allegedly stayed until police arrived.”
Katie also revealed that it’s unclear whether Jana was sleeping when this happened. It hasn’t been confirmed that she was, so we don’t know the full story behind the 22-month-old getting out of the house and into the road. Fortunately, it doesn’t sound like anyone was hurt.
Katie points out that Jana has been responsible for many of the Duggar children for years. So, she thinks it’s odd that anything would happen to the kids while in Jana’s care. Katie questions whether Jana is taking the fall for another family member who might have been being neglectful.
At this point, we don’t know what’s going to happen with Jana amid this child endangerment issue. All we know so far is that she will be going to court in January. She could serve a short amount of time behind bars, pay fines, or both. Fans and critics are keeping an eye out for more updates on the situation.

This happens often. Kids get out. If not for her family name and recent controversy regarding her brother, the cops would simply return the kid.
Your so right. Kids are smart and love to go out on there own. Why Jana? She has no kids. Baby sitter is not a job, where is the mother? The whole thing is wrong.
Was she the only adult at home?
Where was Anna?
Jana is definitely covering up for someone.
She has been the most reliable person all the past years with all her siblings, more than her parents are.
I’m happy to say,in the area where I live,a child would not be ” just returned”. There would be serious questions asked. A 22 mo.old child out on it’s own, is both dangerous and serious. It could have ended very badly.
Our autistic son at age 2 or 3 learned how to unlock his windows one night and was found by the police just cruising the neighborhood! Of course, he had to make it extra special by taking all his clothes off before leaving the house! Omg! I was mortified! Thankfully, the police understood and we got new locks! Lol. It happens folks! Jana has done such a great job all these years, I hate to see this one thing hurt her reputation.
