Where Were Josh And Anna Duggar’s Kids During Child Porn Trial?
Where have Josh and Anna Duggar’s kids been? The couple shares seven children, but we have not seen them in a while amid Josh’s arrest and trial. Fans naturally want to know where the kids are and hope that they are doing well during this challenging time.
For those who may not know, Josh was arrested in the spring for receiving and possessing child pornography. His trial began on Tuesday, November 30, and a verdict was reached by the jury on Thursday, December 9. They declared Josh guilty, and he was immediately taken into custody.
From the time Josh was arrested until now, Anna has been almost completely silent on social media, with the exception of a post about her seventh baby’s birth.

Josh and Anna Duggar’s kids not seen for weeks
Amid Josh’s legal troubles this year, there were a handful of photos posted of the kids. It looked like they were always with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, Josh’s parents. They went to an outing at a farm. In one of Jessa Seewald’s videos, Josh and Anna’s kids are interacting with her children.
In a new social media post, one of Katie Joy’s sources shares more about what’s going on with the kids. The source said, “Michelle is with the kids. They’ve been staying at the Duggar’s home for months.”
Katie adds, “Because CPS investigations are not public, we don’t know what is going on with custody. The kids may have been placed there during the trial by Anna or by CPS. But the Duggars have the kids at their home right now.”
So, it’s safe to assume that Michelle was watching the kids while the trial was happening. This would explain why Michelle never appeared in court either. While Josh was staying with the Rebers, his custodians leading up to the trial, Anna reportedly spent quite a bit of time with him.
It’s unclear what’s happening with the kids now, but it’s possible they will be examined forensically by CPS. Anna previously turned down these examinations, but Josh’s guilty verdict could lead to forced exams.
