Josh Duggar Booking Video Leaks
Josh Duggar’s booking video has gone public after he was taken into custody following his child pornography trial. His mug shot, which features him smirking, once again, has gone public too.
Over the past few months, Duggar fans and critics have been keeping a close eye on Josh’s case. You may know that he was arrested for receiving and possessing child pornography this spring. His trial began on November 30 and wrapped up with the jury reaching a guilty verdict on December 9.
After he was declared guilty, he was immediately taken into custody due to the nature of his crimes. He will remain at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office until sentencing, which could take up to four months. At this point, we don’t know how long he will spend behind bars or what fines he may have to pay. It was originally said that he would serve up to 20 years per count and pay up to $250,000 in fines per count.
However, fans, critics, and some of his family are happy to see that justice is being served.

Garrett Fergeson for KNWA Fox 24 obtained Josh’s booking video on Thursday afternoon. According to the Detention Intake Report, Josh was booked at 12:07 p.m. on Thursday. The jury was supposed to resume their deliberations at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday. So, this all happened rather quickly.

Now that Josh has been booked into the sheriff’s office, he will wait for his sentencing. At that point, he will then have to go to federal prison. There are not any federal facilities in Arkansas, which is where most of the Duggar family lives. So, he will have to go out of state. This will likely affect how often his wife and children visit him.
It’s also worth noting that conjugal visits are not allowed in federal facilities. So, it looks like Madyson, the newest of Josh and Anna’s kids, will be their last. But this may depend on his sentencing.
