‘My 600-Lb. Life’ Paul MacNeill HACKED — Be Wary Of Scammers
After tonight’s episode of My 600-Lb. Life airs and viewers go looking for updates on where Paul MacNeill is now, they will learn he has two Facebook profiles as well as a Facebook group documenting his weight loss journey. Viewers will also probably discover he has an Instagram account as well.
According to chatter in his Facebook group named Bubba Strong, there is chatter that reveals he was hacked last month on Facebook. The thread in the group warns Paul’s friends and followers to be careful with who they follow and to be wary of scammers.
My 600-Lb. Life: Paul MacNeill hacked on Facebook
In a thread on his Facebook group from about a month ago, one member of the group warns that Paul’s account was hacked. The individual noted that when they tried to message the profile they were blocked. Others chimed in to report the account had been offering suspicious free money scams on its profile wall.
Turns out, Paul MacNeill actually has two Facebook profiles. One appears to be fairly new and pretty locked down. It has a pretty healthy amount of friends and a pretty new profile picture. The profile is likely the one that should be avoided as possibly hacked.
His second profile appears to be much more open with a lot of public posts and photos of himself. His second Facebook profile also reveals that he did get weight loss surgery back in August. The surgery did put Paul MacNeill in a bit of a bind as he had to raise funds via a Facebook fundraiser to pay for bills for the four to eight weeks it took him to recover after surgery.
Is he active on Instagram?
For those looking for how to follow Paul MacNeill’s weight loss journey… Instagram is NOT the way to go. While he does have an Instagram profile, he hasn’t posted anything on it since back in 2016. So, it is unlikely his profile would offer any form of updates on what is currently going on in his life.
