Josh Duggar’s trial is currently in its second week. This week, his defense team introduced their expert forensic witness, Michele Bush. However, Bush is now catching quite a bit of heat for her lack of experience and education. Fans and critics are wondering if she’s even qualified for her current position.

As we reported, Bush has a bachelor’s degree in psychology but claims to be a technology expert. Though she has taken courses and has certifications, she has not taken a Linux-specific course, which is an important part of this investigation. She’s only 25 years old but began working at her mom’s business when she was just 16 years old.

As we reported, people are trying to figure out where the Duggar family found Bush. Some speculate that Jim Bob was trying to get a good deal on Josh’s defense, so he might have hired someone who isn’t too experienced.

Josh Duggar’s witness argues remote access theory.

Bush has been saying that there could have been remote access to the downloads on Josh’s devices, which would mean someone else was streaming them from his devices. When asked where the user could have accessed the network to stream the videos, Bush said they could be anywhere. She claims that the chances of someone else watching the content are “much higher” because she believes the content was streamed.

According to The Sun“Michele Bush said the network on the car lot computer was vulnerable, and that if universal plug and play was enabled, which she said her analysis showed, someone could control it remotely.”

Despite Bush’s claim that there must have been remote access to the disgusting content, the agents disagree. They have pointed out that the content would have been watched on the computer rather than streamed remotely.

Witness James Fottrell, Director of Department of Justice for Child Exploitation, also adds to the discussion that the timing of the downloads and Josh’s text messages match up. There were moments when text messages were sent from Josh’s phone one moment and child pornography was downloaded within minutes.

Fottrell said, “Josh Duggar was at the car lot every time child pornography was downloaded.”

So, what do you think of the remote access theory? Do you think it makes sense, or do you agree with the agents? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below. For more news about Josh Duggar and the rest of the family, come back to TV Shows Ace. Here’s another update video.

  1. Are you kidding me. JB is grasping for straws to hide and lie about what his son has done. I think the defense expert witness is full of crap. They are just hoping that the jury is not smart on technology and it gives just enough doubt to get him off. She has no idea what she is talking about and the Feds technological team is brilliant at what they do. He needs to be found guilty and given max sentence so he can never hurt anyone else again.

    1. Worst part men protecting men. And women like Anna, supporting this culture. Women are not objects. Obviously J. was trained by dad to objectify female bodies.

  2. Now two Me-shells involved one too immature to realize she is not qualified in life at age 25. Most experiences come from living it. Me-shell the mother in denial. She has no one to turn too. He JB is her life.
