Josh Duggar Trial: Sources Reveal What’s Happening At Home Ahead Of Verdict
Josh Duggar’s trial is currently in its second week. As the trial has continued, fans and critics have wondered what life is like for the Duggars with everything going on. After Josh was arrested, sources came out and said that the family was carrying on with their normal lives.
Throughout the trial, some members of the family have appeared in court. Every day, different siblings show up. For the first time, Jim Bob Duggar, Josh’s father, was there on Tuesday. Some of the siblings, including Joy-Anna, Justin, and Jason, were there as well.
But their appearances at the courthouse don’t give insight into what’s going on behind the scenes. Now, a source has finally shared more details about the Duggar family’s lives back home amid the trial.
What does the family think of Josh Duggar’s trial?
A few sources have recently spoken to Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball. In a new post, she details what the sources have said about the family and how they are reacting to Josh’s trial.
Katie writes:
“A source tells me tonight that the Duggars believe that Josh has lost his case. The source said that the mood is ‘somber’ at the Duggar home. Anna & Josh are said to be preparing for Josh’s last night with his kids. Jim Bob is already telling people that the DOJ forensic expert James Fottrell lied on the stand. He is allegedly telling people that Fottrell had to be recalled to the stand to clear up ‘his lies.'”
There has been heavy speculation that there’s conflict between Joy-Anna and Austin and Jim Bob. Many believe that this is the first time Joy-Anna and Austin are learning about what really happened when Josh molested her when she was just five years old.
Joy-Anna and Austin have both been in court for several days of the trial. Katie says, “After hearing the evidence Austin Forsyth is allegedly convinced of Josh Duggar’s guilt.”
Katie predicts that the family’s divide is only going to grow amid the trial and the verdict. We’ll have to wait and see what happens when the verdict is out.
