Internet Flabbergasted At Josh Duggar’s Unbelievable Defense
Josh Duggar’s trial began a week ago, and new details about the alleged crimes and his defense have surfaced. Now, the internet is reacting to the defense, and they are pretty shocked. Read on to get a full update on Josh’s trial and defense.
For those who don’t know, Josh was arrested this spring for receiving and possessing child pornography. The former 19 Kids & Counting star is now facing up to 40 years behind bars, as well as $500,000 in fines.
His arrest came after the feds investigated him for over a year. Disgusting content was traced back to Josh’s devices in the office at his car lot. Since his arrest, fans and critics have been interested to see his defense considering
Though his wife, Anna Duggar, hasn’t directly issued a statement, sources said she was siding with her husband and believed he is innocent. Since she’s been at the trial, it’s possible her opinion has changed, but she has not come out and said anything yet.

Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball revealed Josh’s defense in a series of new social media posts. The defense has been arguing that someone could have accessed the disgusting content on Josh’s computers remotely.
Katie explains, “The router does not store data. The Feds connected to Josh Duggar’s IP & successfully downloaded 65 images in a file & a full 2 minute video. The images and video were found on his HP computer. That’s literally all that matters.”
She also reminds fans that the video was not streamed, which means it was not watched remotely. It had to be watched by someone in the office who had access to the computer.
Also on social media, Katie pointed out one of her followers’ insight into the case. She added, “If someone was trying to set up Josh – why did they delete the evidence.” Though the downloads were traced back to Josh’s devices, they were deleted. The feds could still see that they were downloaded while investigating.
In the comments section of her posts, Duggar fans and critics are shocked by the defense being presented in court. They are flabbergasted by it all. We will hopefully find out the truth soon.

I Think Josh Duggar is a discussing human being he is a real scumbag!!! He needs to be put behind bars for the rest of his life! His wife is beyond stupid to still be with him. How are earth can she still bring children into the world with him. Knowing he molested four of his sister what makes her think he won’t do it to his own children. Makes me sick to my stomach. Josh Duggar is garbage!
