Season 16 Bachelorette couple call off engagement
Will Michelle Young have better luck at love than the last 3 Bachelorettes? The historical Season 16 featured two different leads looking for love. Tayshia Adams joined the show after Clare Crawley quickly found love with Dale Moss and left the show after he proposed.
Tayshia also found love with suitor Zac Clark. However, both couples have since broken up. Additionally, Season 17’s Katie Thurston recently split from her final rose pick, Blake Moynes.
Despite the show’s dismal track record at lasting love, fans are still rooting for current Bachelorette Michelle Young to find love. Viewers will find out on the season finale, which is expected to air on Tuesday, December 21st.
Her suitors weren’t the only ones bringing drama to the Men Tell All special. What happened to Tayshia?
Tayshia Adams rushes off-stage after admitting she’s ‘heartbroken’
On the Monday, December 6th, episode of Men Tell All, it wasn’t just the men telling all. Tayshia Adams broke her silence on her split with Zac Clark. Midway through the episode, Kaitlyn initiated a conversation with her co-host, noting the absence of Tayshia’s engagement ring.

“All I have to say is that I’m heartbroken,” an emotional Adams said. After pausing to regain her composure, she haltingly shared that the couple “tried really hard.” Furthermore, she revealed that she still loves her ex-fiance.
Did she hint at a possible reunion when she said she wasn’t sure what the future holds?
That remains up in the air, as she didn’t give any more insight into the split. Tayshia did admit that the situation is “really tough,” which she said her co-host can relate to. As Bachelor Nation fans know, Kaitlyn Bristowe went through her own break-up with final rose pick, Shawn Booth. He recently spoke out, questioning the validity of their relationship.
As a teary-eyed Tayshia tried to compose herself, Kaitlyn introduced the next Season 18 suitor in the hot seat.
However, as Rodney Mathews was speaking, Tayshia got up and walked off the stage. “We’re gonna let Tayshia have a moment,” Kaitlyn Bristowe said of her co-host.
Us Weekly reports that Tayshia Adams did return to the stage at a later point.
What caused the split?
The break-up between Tayshia Adams and Zac Clark happened suddenly, but was also a longtime coming, according to sources. The then-couple ran the New York City marathon together days before news of the split leaked. It’s unclear if they were still together at the time of the marathon.
Reportedly, Zac’s jealousy over Tayshia’s success played a huge role in the end of their engagement.
