’90 Day Fiance’: Tarik Myers Claims Hazel Left Him In The Dust

90 Day Fiance star Tarik Myers got a lot more than he bargained for when he met Hazel Cagalitan. Firstly, she lived in the Philippines while he was from Virginia. Secondly, she was bisexual and wanted to bring a girlfriend into their marriage. It is a wonder the two even got married and lasted as long as they did. Now, it appears it is over for Myers and Cagalitan per his Instagram.

90 Day Fiance– The Way They Were

Tarik and Hazel met on a dating site and soon found themselves falling for one another. That’s when the forty-six-year-old father decided he was going to take action. He flew to the Philippines to stay with Hazel which was featured on Season 2 of the 90 Day Fiance spinoff, Before the 90 Days. There, couples get to see what life is like living with one another prior to popping the question.

Other couples featured in the same season were Paul Staehle and Karine, Jesse Meester and Darcey Silva, and Angela Deem and Michael. Tarik did not travel to meet Hazel alone as he brought his brother with him for the journey. Ultimately, he realized it was true love and proposed. She moved to Virginia, leaving behind her son with her ex with the hopes of him joining her soon enough.

However, things got rocky once they started living together. Tarik thought Hazel got pregnant but terminated the pregnancy without talking to him. He broke off the engagement when it was really just a misunderstanding. It soon came out that he and Hazel had shared an attraction for the same woman. Yet, Hazel had some jealousy issues. She feared he would leave her as he would be more interested in the other woman. So, how could they bring another woman into that?

It’s Over

Though they wed in the summer of 2020, it looks like the marriage only had a shelf life of a year and a half. Tarik took to his Instagram stories to share the news. Apparently, Hazel has left him and is living elsewhere with people Tarik does not know. He did note that she will be returning to the Philippines as she has no choice at the moment. Despite the happenings, he did ask everyone to respect her during this time.

Tarik claims he does not feel she has been respected over the past three years. In the next slide, he tells her to use her head. It seems he is very conflicted about what is going on with his wife. However, he is making a statement that this marriage is over hence her going back to the Philippines. Currently, he is presumably the sponsor of her Green Card.
