New details about Josh Duggar’s activity on his electronic devices gives insight into his patterns and how he was living his life. This week, during his child pornography trial, his text messages and iPhone photos were discussed.

As you may or may not already know, he was arrested by the feds this spring for receiving and possessing child pornography. He has declined multiple plea deals and claims he’s innocent. If he’s convicted, he’s facing decades behind bars, as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines. On Tuesday, November 30, Josh’s trial began. Now, with his trial underway, interesting information about his online activity has come out.

Josh Duggar went along with his life hours after allegedly downloading videos.

As The Sun reported, text messages were sent from Josh’s phone minutes after the explicit videos were downloaded on his computer. The text messages appear to be about him being at the car lot. For example, he sent an employee a message about one of the vehicles on the lot. So, this seems to suggest that he was the one making the downloads.

This shows the series of events that occurred on May 14, 2019:

  • Several photos were taken at the car lot from 4:14 p.m., 4:20 p.m., 4:25 p.m., 6:01 p.m., 6:04 p.m., and 6:07 p.m.
  • 4:49 p.m. A text message was sent from Josh’s phone. The message read “got stuck here.”
  • 5:28 p.m. and 5:38 p.m. Two torrent files containing two explicit videos of 8-10-year-old girls were downloaded.
  • 8:14 p.m. Photos on Josh’s phone reveal he was shopping at Lowes with his wife, Anna.

So, just a few hours after the horrid content was downloaded on Josh’s devices, he was out and about with his wife, Anna. The couple went shopping for doors at Lowes. If Josh is guilty, this suggests that he continued living his normal life shortly after seeing the horrific images and videos.

Witness James Fottrell, Director of Department of Justice for Child Exploitation, said, “Josh Duggar was at the car lot every time child pornography was downloaded.” Fottrell’s statement seems to suggest that this was allegedly a normal occurrence for Josh.

So, does any of this new information shock you? What do you expect to see next in the trial?
