Tori Spelling Shares Family Christmas Card, Explains Dean McDermott’s Absence
Tori Spelling and her family are busy diving into the holiday season. The Beverly Hills 90210 star recently took to social media to share her family’s 2021 Christmas card to wish her followers a Happy Holiday season.
The holiday card features Spelling alongside her children, Liam, Stella, Hattie, Finn, and Beau. She captions the card, “Happy Holiday…With love from our farm to your home! xoxo, Tori & family.” Also making it into the family card is the family’s two pet goats, a pig, and a chicken. However, noticeably missing is Dean McDermott.
Tori Spelling Questioned About Dean’s Whereabouts
It did not take long before Tori Spelling‘s followers began to comment and ask questions wondering why Dean was missing from the family photo. As previously reported by Tv Shows Ace, over the past several months’ Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott divorce speculation has continued to mount. The speculation began to pick up in September after sources close to Tori revealed that the couple was quickly moving towards divorce.
According to E! reports Spelling’s response to the questions over Dean’s absence from the Christmas card photo simply states, “Fact: @imdeanmcdermott was filming his new feature film in Canada.”
This time Dean’s manager confirmed Tori’s explanation revealing that in fact, Dean is currently on location filming “My Fake Boyfriend.”
Strangely enough, this is not the first time that Dean has been missing from a family holiday photo. During Halloween, Tori and the kids shared photos during a few spooky festivities sans Dean also.
Tori Spelling Refuses To Talk
During a family trip to Disneyland Tori and Dean were photographed with their five children looking completely miserable. Fans commented that when a family is at one of the happiest places on earth and even the children aren’t smiling then something is definitely wrong. Spelling then appeared on the Wendy Williams Show where temporary host Whitney Cummings came right out and asked Tori about the divorce speculation.
Tori, matter-of-factly states to Cummings, “You know, I’m not going to answer that.”
Since then there have been numerous clues that according to fans are all pointing to the couple’s impending split. Tori and Dean have both been spotted without their weddings rings on many occasions. Though neither Spelling nor McDermott has publicly commented on the divorce speculation, it is clear to Spelling’s followers that something is up between the pair.
Money Is A Factor
Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling have reportedly been having marital problems for the past several years. Sources close to Tori claim that the reason the two have yet to split is for two reasons. One, the children, and two finances. The two have been married for 15 years, and even signed a prenup. However, rumors claim that in the past Dean has allegedly threatened to sue Tori for alimony and spousal support. Fans feel that if these rumors are true, then Tori Spelling could be waiting a long time to divorce Dean.
