Josh Duggar’s pre-trial reveals a family member as a prosecution witness.

Fox News affiliate, KNWA, reported the highlights from Josh’s preliminary hearing on Thursday. A shocking revelation was made, showing that one of Josh’s relatives is a prosecution witness in the case. This family member may testify during Josh’s November 30 trial. So, who is it?

KNWA notes that “one or two witnesses will testify to ‘multiple instances’ of child molestation.” Longtime Duggar fans will recall the reports of Josh molesting several of his sisters, as well as one other young girl when he was 14 years old. Since his arrest for child pornography, fans and critics have wondered if his past will affect the outcome of the trial.

So, it looks like one or two of Josh’s sisters, or his other victim, could testify to the molestation scandal. As we’ve reported, this could prove that Josh’s alleged charges were not by accident. They could show that he had intent in allegedly downloading the explicit content.

The Fox affiliate also added:

“Justin Gelfand spoke for the defense and took issue with the notice requirements for calling these witnesses, stating that he ‘disagrees adamantly’ that the prosecution did so. He said that the defense received ‘a single email’ from the prosecution discussing what a pair of witnesses, including Duggar’s father, Jim Bob, ‘may testify to.'”

So, Josh’s father Jim Bob may make an appearance during the trial. We will have to wait and see what happens to know whether Josh’s sisters appear as well.

So, are you surprised to see the results of Josh Duggar’s pre-trial? What do you think will happen during the trial in less than two weeks? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
