‘Welcome To Plathville’ Preview: Olivia & Ethan Plath Take One ‘Final Step’
Welcome to Plathville stars Olivia and Ethan Plath take a big step in the upcoming episode of their TLC show. Throughout the series’ run, the Plaths have been through many ups and downs together. Much of the conflict has come from Ethan and Olivia’s relationship with Kim and Barry Plath. Now, however, it’s beginning to have a major impact on their marriage, leading to a temporary separation, as documented on the show.
As viewers know, Ethan and Olivia have made the decision to move out of Cairo, Georgia. However, before they leave, they decide to go to Kim and Barry’s home. Of course, this isn’t an easy step to take, but it is very important for Ethan and Olivia. Read on to see what’s about to happen in the two-hour season finale of Welcome to Plathville.

In Us Weekly‘s exclusive preview of the upcoming episode, the Plath couple is taking an important “final step.” Ethan and Olivia are hoping to “tie up loose ends” with this visit to his parents’ home. In the clip, Ethan asks his wife, Olivia, “You ready?” She replies, “I guess as much as I will ever be.”
“Maybe I shouldn’t do this. Why am I doing this again?” Olivia says as they drive to Kim and Barry’s home. Ethan supports his wife, saying, “it’s time to close the chapter and move on.” He also reminds her that he closed the chapter himself and now it’s her turn.
Ultimately, Olivia decides to face her fears and take this “final step” to make a “peaceful” exit before they move. She says, “I have not seen their faces in two years and their faces haunt my dreams.” While Olivia gets out of the car and heads toward the house, Ethan decides to stay behind.
