’90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days’: Meet Alina, The Series’ 1st Little Person
90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days has had a lot of eclectic cast members in its past four seasons. The spin-off has brought viewers the likes of Darcey Silva and Big Ed Brown. Last season was monumental when Stephanie Matto became the first bisexual cast member along with Erika Owens. This season is no different as TLC will introduce fans to the first little person of the franchise. Per the series, one previous cast member is returning looking for love once again. It looks to be one of the most explosive yet!
Who’s Returning To 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days
Like with the first four seasons, there needed to be one familiar face to come back. Darcey Silva was a regular until the end of Season 4. By then, she and Tom Brooks had called it quits and she had gotten a spin-off with her twin sister, Stacey. So, who would they get to return for Season 5? None other than Usman “Sojaboy” Umar. He was featured last season with Lisa Hamme.
She had traveled to Nigeria after they had formed an online relationship. More than twenty years his senior, she was not exactly what he expected. There was some debate as to whether he was using her for a green card or not. Overseas, he was a Nigerian superstar rapper and had amassed a lot of female fans. This was not something Lisa handled well. She also had a very fiery temper but they still got married. Unfortunately, he filed for divorce. She went on to marry a longtime friend.
Now, Usman has found something with a fan who is only eighteen years older. Kimberly is a dark-haired version of Lisa. He is a tad jaded from what he went through before but is giving it a chance. So is Alina, a little person from Russia who has also found love online.
Meet Alina, The First Little Person On The Series
Alina is twenty-seven and from Russia. As a teenager, she and Caleb had become friends via the internet, according to the press release. He is twenty-eight and from Arizona. Somewhere along the way, the two lost contact but reconnected when they matched on a dating app. How? Caleb was planning a trip to visit Russia. However, his trip never happened. Luckily, this allowed them to get to know each other even better which made the spark continue to grow.
It is now time for Caleb to come to Russia to meet Alina in person. Sadly, she has some fears she must overcome. She often times has to use a wheelchair. Caleb is a free spirit so she worries this will be a hindrance to all of the things he has planned and loves to do. Furthermore, her roommate, Elijah is extremely protective of her to a fault. He may be more of an issue than her wheelchair.
