‘AGT’ Judge Howie Mandel Recovering After Medical Emergency
Beloved America’s Got Talent judge, Howie Mandel took a fall yesterday at a Starbucks in Los, Angeles. Today, he is at home resting under the care of his loving family. Read on to find out if Howie’s health has taken a sudden downturn.
Howie Mandel Knows How To Draw Attention
65-year-old comedian, Howie Mandel has been a fan-favorite judge on America’s Got Talent franchise for many years. On Wednesday, many fans were quite concerned when the news broke that Howie had fainted in a Starbucks Coffee shop in Los Angeles, California.
Emergency workers, firefighters, and staff surrounded the celeb to help and keep the prying public and tabloids from snapping pictures of the unconscious celebrity. The former Deal Or No Deal host eventually came to and was quickly rushed to the hospital.
Howie Assures His Fans That He Is OK
After a brief stay in the hospital, ScreenRant Howie Mandel is home and recovering from his episode. Since the incident on Wednesday, the celeb has taken to his social media to reach out to his fans. On Thursday, he posted on Twitter, letting everyone know that he was, in fact, alive and well.
So what happened? According to his social media, Mandel fell victim to severe dehydration and low blood sugar. In his Twitter post, Howie took the time to send a big thanks to all the nurses and staff at the local hospital. He says that he was treated very well while in their care. The Bobby’s World creator also made sure to thank all of his fans and supporters who had reached out with concern and wishes for a speedy recovery.

Does Howie Need To Slow Down?
Howie Mandel has had a long career. From his humble beginnings in stand-up and creating a fondly remembered children’s series to hosting a long-running tv game show, his career before AGT definitely allowed him to leave his mark on the industry. The celeb says the last incident was due to dehydration and low blood sugar, though there is no information on record about him suffering from diabetes or hypoglycemia. These two symptoms, however, can also be a sign of exhaustion. So, it might mean that Howie needs to reduce his workload.

Over the last few years, Mandel has been increasingly open about mental health issues he struggles with. He has been diagnosed with severe OCD and mysophobia.
