Erika Jayne is not going away anytime soon and she’s not going away quietly. RHOBH fans want her fired from the show. Still, Bravo is known to keep its most fraudulent and controversial reality stars around. Jen Shah is set to return to The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

Teresa Giudice has been a part of The Real Housewives of New Jersey since the beginning. It’s unclear whether Erika will be able to rehash her image after the embezzlement case. No matter what happens, Bravo producers want to keep her around. After all, controversy makes for good television.

RHOBH Season 12 to film as soon as possible

According to a new report, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 will film early. Bravo producers don’t want to miss anything with the ongoing legal drama involving Erika Jayne and her estranged husband Thomas Girardi. Season 11 just wrapped up its explosive four-part reunion.

Cast will start production for the new season as soon as possible. Producers want footage of the drama as it happens in real-time. It’s unlikely that there will be a cast shakeup. Expect more of the same faces to return for the 12th season.

Typically, Real Housewives cast members get a break in-between seasons. However, that’s not the case this time around due to the television personality who makes daily headlines for her embezzlement case with her ex-husband. Erika Jayne and Thomas Girardi have been acccused of embezzling funds from victims of his law firm. According to Page Six, there are questions about the $25 million that was spent by Erika’s EJ Global Company.

Erika feels that she is the star of the show. Meanwhile, she is losing endorsements left and right. Rihanna dropped her as the face of the Savage X Fenty lingerie brand. In the trailer for the RHOBH Season 11 reunion, host Andy Cohen reminded Erika that he knows how much she makes.

It’s not that the show that needs Erika. The Pretty Mess author NEEDS the show. Without the show, she would be nothing. And she could lose a lot more money than she is right now.

Bravo wants to focus on Erika Jayne and Thomas Girardi fallout

Still, Erika Jayne has brought ratings to the network. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 wants to focus more on this legal drama. A person close to production told TMZ that Erika’s divorce and legal drama is must-see TV for the time being. Filming for the new season needs to have “a quick turnaround.”

They will film “with some of the women” in mid-October, which is earlier than normal. The reunion is said to be the best one yet. Host and producer Andy Cohen grills Erika about her husband’s embezzlement scandal. In the three-minute preview, Andy said he will put the former pop star “on a skewer” and said she “can’t control what Tom Girardi did.”
