My 600-Lb. Life star Dr. Now took to Instagram to offer his followers some advice. His advice was geared toward those who want to make healthy eating choices, but don’t have time to cook a meal. Between his medical practice, surgeries, and his reality TV star, TLC fans assume Dr. Now lives a pretty hectic and busy life. So, chances are pretty good he just doesn’t have time to cook three meals a day at home.

That, however, doesn’t mean the reality TV doctor rushes to fast food because he doesn’t have time to cook a meal. Turns out, there is another solution. In his post, Dr. Now explains a person can live a healthy lifestyle, eat out, and still make good choices when it comes to food.

What advice does Dr. Now have for his fans?

My 600-Lb. Life star Dr. Now explains eating out is not the real issue. The issue is WHERE a person chooses to eat out. In his post, he explains it is important for a person to take the time to create a list of places around them that have healthy choices on their menu. The picture attached to the post features the doctor sitting down at an eating establishment with a delicious-looking salad on his plate. The reality TV doctor is all smiles as he prepares to dig into his meal.

Basically, the doctor’s post hinted at the fact that people who live busy lifestyles just need to find a few places that have grilled chicken, grilled fish, steamed vegetables, and salads on the menu. The doctor’s advice insists that not being in a position where you have the time or energy to cook shouldn’t force you to make poor eating choices.
