New ‘Bachelor’ Host Jesse Palmer Had Secret Ceremony Of His Own

Bachelor fans want to know everything about what Jesse Palmer has been up to. Several names had been floated as the potential host. Several celebrities were guest hosts of Bachelor in Paradise. Since Palmer was the lead on Season 5 of the show, fans want to know what he’s been up to. This is, of course, because he’s the new host of the franchise.

The former football player got to be the first Canadian and first professional athlete on the show. He’s hosted shows before including The Proposal on ABC. He gave Jessica Bowlin his final rose, but their relationship didn’t last for very long.

Jesse Palmer Had A Secret Ceremony

Having experienced dating in the spotlight, it seemed when he decided to tie the knot, Jesse Palmer wanted to keep it a bit more private. Last year the forty-two-year-old married Emely Fardo. Like many couples, the pandemic put their ceremony on pause. They were supposed to get married in France according to The Sun.

After their wedding got canceled they decided to just get married at a friend’s house. They invited a small group of friends who lived in the New York City location and made an afternoon of it. Emely changed her last name on Instagram to Palmer. They both have bands on in their social media posts. They also hinted at a future reception for everyone. The couple said, “look forward to celebrating our love with our parents and immediate families all together soon!”

Fans Are Excited For A New Host But Hesitant

Jesse Palmer is excited to step into Chris Harrison’s shoes, but fans are hesitant to fall in love with another host so quickly. Palmer said, “I couldn’t be more thrilled to be home with my @bachelorabc family! Word on the street is it’s pretty AMAZING around here!”

He also shared a throwback picture in a suit with a helmet full of roses. A Facebook fan said, “I miss Chris and think Wells did a great job. Hopefully, Jesse will do fine but Wells was my first choice.” Wells Adams practiced on Bachelor in Paradise when he hosted an episode and multitasked as a bartender. Several others agreed Wells would have been great. A third said, “He was the host of The Ultimate Surfer & did pretty good, but I would much rather have Wells.” Most agreed to give Jesse a chance before they judge.

Another Facebook fan said it may bring them back to the series. They said, ” I feel he will do a good job. I may start watching it again if it stays that way!”
