WWE Draft Night 1: Every Draft Pick Selected

Twitter

The WWE Draft kicked off Night One on Friday Night Smackdown. As expected, the top picks were the champions of their respective brands. Here is the full list and breakdown of which WWE Superstars were drafted and where you can watch them wrestle in the future.

WWE Draft Night 1:

Round 1:

Smackdown: WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns –
The expected pick to keep Roman Reigns and the Universal Championship on Friday Night Smackdown. Reigns has been the anchor of WWE Smackdown for years and that doesn’t look to be changing anytime soon.

RAW: WWE Champion Big E. –
With Big E. recently winning the WWE Title after cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase, it wasn’t a surprise he was kept on WWE Raw.

Smackdown: Charlotte Flair
The Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair has been drafted to Friday Night Smackdown. The new rosters don’t go into effect until October 22, one day after the Crown Jewel PPV. Expect Flair to drop her title on or before the Crown Jewel event before moving to the blue brand.

RAW: Bianca Belair
Bianca Belair moving to WWE Raw comes as a surprise as she has been recently been positioned as a top star on WWE Smackdown.

Round 2: Draft Night

Smackdown: Drew McIntyre-
Drew McIntyre has done it all on Monday Night Raw. McIntyre carried the red brand through the pandemic and held the WWE Championship for the majority of the time in the main event scene.

RAW: RKBro (Randy Orton & Riddle)-
Randy Orton and Riddle seem like an unorthodox team, but they have been able to make it work. After recently winning the WWE Raw Tag Team Titles, it wasn’t a surprise RKO would be staying put on the red brand.

Smackdown: New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods)-
With Big E. holding down the fort on WWE Raw as the WWE Champion, it only made sense for the rest of the New Day to make the move. Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods shifting toe Friday Night Smackdown gives the tag team division a much-needed new look.

RAW: Edge-
Edge is a Hall of Famer so fans have been waiting to see what comes next. The Rated R Superstar has put on quality matches and promos on Smackdown, but with his feud with Seth Rollins coming to an end, a move to Raw is a good choice.

WWE Draft: Round 3 and 4

Round 3:

Smackdown: Happy Corbin and Madcap Moss

RAW: WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Rhea Ripley and Nikki ASH

Smackdown: Hit Row ( Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Ashante “Thee” Adonis, Top Dolla, and B-FAB)

RAW: Keith “Bearcat” Lee

Round 4:

Smackdown: Naomi

RAW: Rey & Dominik Mysterio

Smackdown: Jeff Hardy

RAW: Austin Theory
