‘The Voice’: 13-Year-Old Hailey Mia Blows Fans Away With Blind Audition
The Voice fans were blown away by young Hailey Mia’s performance during the Season 21 blind auditions on Monday, September 27. Viewers took to social media to express their thoughts about her audition. Now, fans want to know more about the rising star.
If you might have missed part of the show or just want a refresher about who Hailey is, you should know that she’s 13 years old. The New Jersey native has been patiently waiting for her chance to shine on The Voice. But she couldn’t audition until she turned 13. So, as soon as she had the opportunity, she went for it.
The teen’s Instagram page features many videos she takes of herself singing in her bedroom. She’s been practicing for years and was happy to finally take the stage.

On Monday evening’s episode, Hailey took the stage and performed Tate McRae’s You Broke Me First. Following her performance, she was given the opportunity to join either Kelly Clarkson or Ariana Grande‘s teams. She decided to go with Grande.
On Instagram, Hailey wrote, “i feel like i’m dreaming, i’m so honored to announce i’m on #teamariana THANK YOU ALL FOR THE LOVE AND SUPPORT!! be sure to keep watching the show!!” She also added that she’s “so grateful.”
As fans tuned in to the blind auditions, they watched in amazement while Hailey tried out for the show. Then, they took to social media to share their thoughts about her. Many The Voice fans tweeted about her performance and revealed that they were shocked to learn that she’s only 13 years old.
In response to the official The Voice Twitter page’s post about Hailey, fans are freaking out. One calls the performance “jaw dropping.” Someone else chimes in, “That’s so crazy she’s only 13 she’s going places.”
