‘General Hospital’ EXPLOSIVE Spoilers: Sonny Heads Home, Who Survived The Bomb?
General Hospital spoilers for September 20-24, 2021, reveal quite a wild ride in Port Charles as a limo blows up and so does Sonny – at everyone who has wronged him. We’re looking at you, Nina Reeves.
General Hospital Spoilers: The Limo Goes Boom
We know a limo blows up just as Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) — the newlyweds, oh my!-are ready to take a ride to the reception. But was it their limo? Chances are that’s a big old no because we know Carly and Jason aren’t going to die just as Sonny (Maurice Benard) is on his way back into their lives. No, they come out of this ok and even plan for their long-awaited wedding night. This has been nearly three decades in the making for Carly, but we have a feeling she’s about to get a big surprise.
Over In Nixon Falls
Sonny Corinthos is back and he is not a happy man. All of these months Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) knew who he was and she didn’t say a word. How dare she! Nina gets to know the real Sonny as he screams in her face this week about how horrible she is. No matter, Sonny is going to make his way back to Port Charles any way he can. Does anyone tell him that Carly was about to marry Jason or does he find this out for himself?
As for Nina, she decides to confide in Maxie (Kirsten Storms). Um, how will Maxie feel about Nina keeping Peter’s whereabouts a secret from her when Nina knew the lengths she’s been going to keep her baby from Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
Completing The Mission?
Speaking of Peter August, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) finally find the man and Anna is ready for war. Now that she no longer has any maternal feelings for this monster, she decides she’s going to finally complete the mission because someone has to. Will Anna be able to do what Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), and Dr Hamilton “Finn” (Michael Easton) could not? Well, she is Anna Devane, after all?
Back In Port Charles
With everything blowing up surrounding the Jarly wedding (quite literally), other characters still get the chance to talk and try to figure their own lives out. Apparently, Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) are still at a crossroads, and Elizabeth and Finn need to also figure out where their own relationship is going.
Ned Quartermaine(Wally Kurth) also gets Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) to finally listen to him about Leo Falconeri. Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) may be onto something and it’s their responsibility as parents to find out what it is and get Leo the help he needs.
