Todd Chrisley Doesn’t Want To Be In The Same Room As Julie
In tonight’s (August 19) episode of Chrisley Knows Best Todd makes Julie a separate room. While Savannah and Chase have noticed their parents arguing in the past, it’s not what viewers may think. There’s even been speculation that the couple is heading for divorce. Surely that’s not the case. Keep reading to find out more about Todd Chrisley’s proposed sleeping arrangements.
Chrisley Knows Best patriarch Todd Chrisley wants to sleep in his own room- without Julie
In a trailer ahead of the episode, Todd and Nanny Faye are putting the finishing touches on decorating a guest room. Then, Julie walks in wanting to know what they’re doing. Todd lets her know it’s her new room. He wants her to get a good night’s rest.
Seemingly confused by the new proposed sleeping arrangement, Julie explains that she “sleeps just fine in their bed.” That’s when Todd lets her know that he was up all night because of her snoring. Todd doesn’t seem to read the room because he goes on to say, “You make noises that dead animals make out in the wilderness. This does not sit well with Julie. She lets Todd know that they’ve slept in the same bed for 25 years and they’re going to continue to do so unless Todd goes and sleeps somewhere else. During this exchange, Julie also says something about Todd sleeping on the couch.
How Julie feels about this proposed new arrangement
Julie goes on to say that she “doesn’t care if it’s the Presidental Suite.” Ultimately, she feels like Todd is kicking her out of her own room. Consequently, Julie is also upset because Todd didn’t speak to her before making these arrangements. In Todd’s defense, he says “It’s called a surprise for a reason.”
By this point, Julie is noticeably upset. Then, Julie calls Todd out on his antics. She says, “Okay, so in typical Todd fashion, you’re going to do what’s best for you at the moment.”
