‘My 600-Lb. Life’ Season 10 CONFIRMED, When Will It Premiere?
Whether My 600-Lb. Life will return to TLC for Season 10 has been up in the air for a while. Between the lawsuits against Megalomedia, the cast members passing away, and the lack of happy endings in Season 9… The chatter in a lot of Facebook fan groups suggests fans believe TLC might cancel My 600-Lb. Life as opposed to renewing it for Season 10.
Now, TLC has NOT officially confirmed the renewal of My 600-Lb. Life for Season 10. But, it was recently confirmed that the series was actively producing Season 10. As we previously reported, there was some explosive behind-the-scene footage that surfaced on Facebook Live recently. The footage revealed a distraught cast member and her family putting Megalomedia on blast. The video panned around the entire production team. Turns out, the cast member wanted to wear a mask while in Dr. Now’s office. But, the production team would NOT allow the family to wear a mask during filming. So, push came to shove and the family backed out of filming.

This leaked footage is making rounds in Facebook fan groups. The video itself has been streamed on Facebook over 1,000 times since it was published just a few days ago. The cast member and her family verbally encouraged people to “share the live” several times toward the beginning of the video.
While it is safe to assume this cast member and her family will NOT actually be featured in the show… The leaked footage does confirm something else. It confirms TLC has renewed My 600-Lb. Life for Season 10. So, another season of the series is coming.

Premiere date estimation based on previous seasons
Unfortunately, there isn’t an official premiere date for My 600-Lb. Life Season 10 just yet. But, we can make a guess based on when previous seasons of the series premiered.
My 600-Lb. Life Season 9 premiered in December of 2020 with Samantha’s Story being the first episode. Season 8 of the TLC series premiered in January of 2020. The final episode of Season 8 aired in May of 2020. Season 9 aired its final episode in March of 2021. Season 7 ran from January of 2019 to May of 2019.
So, if the series keeps to this pattern… My 600-Lb. Life Season 10 should have a premiere date that is either in December of 2021 or January of 2022. Then, the episodes would run until somewhere between March and May of 2022.
