Has Hannah Ferrier Really Moved On From ‘Below Deck Med’?

Hannah Ferrier shared her thoughts on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 6. The show moved on without its resident chief stew. Last season, Captain Sandy Yawn fired Hannah for keeping unregistered Valium and a CBD pen on board. Bosun Malia snapped a photo of Hannah’s items and sent them to Sandy.

Both ladies cite “Maritime law” as the reason behind their decision. This led to a heavy discussion about prescription drugs and mental health on social media. Hannah did not care when she got fired. She was happy to move onto the next journey in her life. Since then, she’s become a mom and entrepreneur.

But has she truly moved on?

Hannah Ferrier reveals if she’s watching Below Deck Med Season 6

She made an appearance on the Everyone is Terrible podcast. She admitted that she’s not watching Below Deck Med Season 6 because of Malia and Sandy. Earlier this year, fans said they would boycott the show because of their return. Some aren’t happy that Hannah still isn’t on the show.

“Just the two…” Hannah said as her voice trailed off.

Host Lian Castillo noted that Sandy is taking more accountability this season. However, Hannah didn’t believe her. “Or this is your publicist telling you what to say,” she responded. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Sandy and Hannah are still feuding to this day.

They can’t get along over what happened. Their work relationship turned toxic and personal. Hannah also shared her biggest regret from the Bravo series. She admitted that she “tried so hard to turn things around with Sandy,” but hearing Sandy say that yachting wasn’t her “passion” hurt her feelings. She realized it wasn’t worth making her boss happy anymore.

“My regret is probably trying to impress someone who was never going to be impressed by me,” Hannah said. “Because I took that so hard and I took it so personally.”

The two haven’t spoken since. Sandy reached out to Hannah and wanted to send her a baby shower gift, but she didn’t respond. She doesn’t regret that decision either.

Has she moved on from the show?

Hannah Ferrier also revealed that she gets countless messages about her firing last season. She receives them on an almost daily basis. It sounds like fans haven’t moved on from that moment in history. It’s kind of hard since Below Deck reruns air throughout the week on the cable network.

“Like I probably get about 15 [messages] a day,” Hannah explained. “Just about the departure. I can always tell when there’s reruns on. Like I wake up to 500 messages like, ‘F*** Sandy, f*** Malia!’ And then I’m like, ‘Hannah move on.'”

She revealed if she really moved on from that drama. “Uh, yes,” she said. “I’m too busy to not be over it.” In October, she gave birth to her daughter, Ava Grace. She also launched her new ventures, Ocean International Training Academy, Dear Diary, You’re Effed, and Bugs Off.

Below Deck Med airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
