Murder On Maple Drive is Lifetime’s latest thriller. According to the Lifetime synopsis, a couple moves into a neighborhood that was always out of their price range. As they both want to live a more affluent lifestyle and try to “keep up with the Joneses,” they are willing to overlook something sinister about an affordable home in an upper-class neighborhood.

The house in question had a murder/suicide. However, their financial situation makes them overlook this fact. Besides, this gorgeous home is deeply discounted, although they are breaking the bank to afford this extravagant home at a discounted price.

They finally move in and quickly become friends with the neighbor. However, strange things begin to happen. Now they wonder if perhaps the neighbor was really behind the tragedy that befell the previous owners!

This movie was originally called Killer Deal. It was filmed in Ontario, Canada.
