‘Naked and Afraid of Love’: New Dating Series Coming to discovery+ in August 2021

You love survival shows like Naked and Afraid and Survivor. There’s also no doubt that you love dating shows, whether it’s 90 Day Fiance or The Bachelor. Now it’s time to combine everything into one. Naked and Afraid of Love is heading to discovery+ in August, and you won’t want to miss out.
What Is Naked and Afraid of Love?
The new series is just as it sounds, mixing Naked and Afraid with all those dating shows out there. There’s a chance to strip out the filters and the lifestyles people lead and focus on what really matters in dating and romance.
Most dating shows still have the issues of social media personas, the pressures of modern-day standards, and the clothes people wear. Too many dating shows focus on where people come from and the background they have. Now it’s time to strip all of that away and focus on primal wants and needs.
Naked and Afraid of Love will offer the chance to expose who people really are. It’s all about the real rules of attraction. Like the parent show, Naked and Afraid, contestants are placed in a secluded spot with nothing on their backs. No clothes at all, giving everyone a chance to see if these naked bodies will cause a distraction or help to forge stronger connections.
Eight men and eight women are on a beautiful island in the Philippines, and they’ll need to fight for survival while also looking for love. Everyone will be pushed to the limits, which really does help to see the real test of strength. Of course, there will be plenty of fights and drama in the world of survival, but will there also be love?
When Is the Series Coming to discovery+
There isn’t long to wait for the new series, according to a press release from Discovery. Naked and Afraid of Love premieres on discovery+ on Aug. 22, 2021. It is only on the streaming platform, but you can also follow some of the content via social media and join in with the conversation there. Episodes will air weekly on the streaming platform, and you can binge-watch all other shows, including everything from Shark Week 2021, right now.
It is one of three dating shows Discovery ordered during 2021. Mating Season and Mountain Love are two others that combine survival and dating, offering something very different to the normal dating shows on the air right now. There are no premiere dates for the other two shows yet.

Discovery has sunk to a new low. I watched Naked and Afraid because it was a survival show even though the participants were naked. There was no sexual goal nor activity that the public saw. Just raw survival and hunger.
But this is a different animal!!! Sex is the goal! This is nothing but another porn show. What has been a winner viewer-wise for seasons has now been polluted with the filth of another dating hookup show, with clothes off going in. I won’t be watching and I am certain many people will be turned off by the blatant hookup porn viewpoint. Filth!
