Sister Wives Maddie Brown Brush, regularly posts things on Instagram that have fans doting on her about how great of a mother she is. For example, Maddie uses her social media platform to advocate for Evie. As Sister Wives fans know, Evie was born with FATCO syndrome, or limb differences. However, she also emphasizes that Evie is normal.
At the beginning of Season 15, Sister Wives viewers become aware that Evie has FATCO syndrome. In the Evie introduction episode, Maddie explains what is going on. “If anybody doesn’t know, she has a syndrome called FATCO syndrome, she is missing bones.” Maddie’s mom, Janelle Brown, steps in to further explain Evie’s syndrome and “limb differences.”
At one point, Maddie and her husband, Caleb were back and forth about how they were going to address Evie’s limb differences. One of their concerns is that hiding it might make Evie feel bad about herself. “As a family, we have decided to be open as we walk through this journey. We want Evie to always feel pride in who she is, and all that god gave her,” shares Maddie.
Evie falls asleep in a bizarre place
Maddie Brown regularly posts adorable photos of her children. The latest adorableness that hits Maddie’s Instagram Story highlights the bizarre place Evie decides to fall asleep. It just goes to prove the unpredictability of a toddler.
In two photos, Maddie shows that Evie is laying down in the hallway with her feet propped on the wall. Without explanation, it looks like Evie may be throwing a fit. However, that’s not the case. Upon closer look at the second photo, the toddler is passed out.
Evie is even adorable when she’s awake. Maddie recently shares a photo of herself twinning with Evie. Apparently, it was quite a struggle to get the photo. According to the caption, the moment “lasted about 5 seconds.”
