On Thursday, Josh Duggar was arrested by the feds. On Friday, he was in court and his charges were made public. The former TLC star is being charged with two counts of child pornography for both receiving and possessing it. For now, Josh is in jail awaiting his bond hearing, which is set to take place on May 5.

With a conviction, he will be subject to up to 20 years of imprisonment. He will also have to pay fines up to $250,000 on each count, equaling $500,00.
While it doesn’t seem likely that a bond will be set, that would put Josh and Anna out even further. At this point, a bond hasn’t been set. We won’t find out until May 5 what the bond amount is if he does get one. Not to mention, he has all kinds of legal fees to pay throughout the process.
