Jinger & Jeremy Vuolo Finally Speak Out About Josh Duggar’s Arrest

Josh Duggar’s family is beginning to speak out following his arrest. Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo have something to say about his actions now, following a couple of other family statements.

On Thursday, Josh was arrested in Arkansas. At the time, it was unclear why he was arrested. After appearing in court on Friday, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of Arkansas stated that he “allegedly used the internet to download child sexual abuse material.”

The document also states that “[Josh] allegedly possessed this material, some of which depicts the sexual abuse of children under the age of 12, in May 2019.” Now, Josh must stay away from minors. More details are still yet to come out about this case, including a possible bond and his sentence. He pled not guilty.

After his appearance in court, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar shared a statement, and they revealed that they are praying for Josh and Anna. You can read their full statement here. On Friday morning, prior to Josh’s appearance in court, Jill and Derick Dillard also shared a statement, sharing that they were “sad.”

Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo condemn Josh Duggar’s actions

Now, Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo are talking about Josh’s actions.

On Instagram, both Jinger and Jeremy shared the same post. It’s a simple text post without any photos. They also tagged each other in the image.

The couple writes, “We are disturbed to hear of the charges against Josh. While this case must go through the legal system, we want to make it clear that we absolutely condemn any form of child abuse and fully support authorities and judicial process in their pursuit of justice.”

Notably, Jinger and Jeremy turned off the comments on their posts. They also didn’t write a caption to go along with their shared statement. It’s unclear whether the couple wrote this statement themselves, but they do seem to have a stronger response to the situation that Jim Bob and Michelle did.

Though Jinger and Jeremy haven’t given their social media followers an opportunity to comment on the post, many people have “liked” the post.
