Kelly Ripa & Instagram Want A Matt Bomer Superman
Kelley Ripa and Instagram fans everywhere are ready for White Collar actor, Matt Bomer, to play the next Superman. They’ve taken to his Instagram to express that to him.
White Collar actor plays Superman
Matt Bomer is well known for his role on White Collar. However, now, other’s are asking him to play Superman as well. This all stems from a post Matt Bomer made on his Instagram account. The photo features a drawing of him as Superman. He then goes on to explain the photo in the caption.
Apparently, it’s from a Japanese car commercial in 2009. He took it one step further though and thanked all the real superheroes of 2021. He was likely talking about all of the essential workers who have fought during the pandemic.
“What’s this from, you ask? Oh, just a Japanese car commercial circa 2009,” Matt writes on the post. “Thank you to all the real superheroes out there in 2021- you know who you are!”
From there, the comment section got pretty exciting with everyone saying Matt needs to play Superman.
“Matthew. We still need you to play Superman!,” the host of the podcast Everything Iconic with Danny Pellegrino writes.
Even Kelley Ripa joined in on this one. Since she joined in, maybe Matt Bomer will take her seriously. However, Kelly even took it one step further saying that fans want to see him as James Bond as well.
“@dannypellegrino Superman and James Bond! 🍸,” Kelley writes.
“Ohhhhhh he would make a great James Bond!!!,” another person writes.
The comments didn’t stop there though.
Who else should Matt Bomer play?
Someone else commented that they want to see the White Collar actor in a rather interesting roll. One person thinks he should play Christian Grey from 50 Shades of Grey. While there is no talk of that movie being remade – especially any time soon, it is a good suggestion for anyone who really likes Matt Bomer.
“Never forget Christian Grey, the most perfect choice,” the follower writes.
Then, there’s always the White Collar fans who hope that the show will just come back so they can see Matt in his famous roll once more.
