Wait, What? Did Lawson Bates Just Say He & His GF Closed On A House?
It looks like things are pretty serious between Lawson Bates and his girlfriend Tiffany Espensen. But is their relationship so serious that they are planning on moving in together? In a recent video, Lawson says, “Me and Tiff have been talking for about seven months, and we just closed on our first house!”
So, are Lawson and Tiffany joking about this announcement, or did they really take this next step?
On Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart’s YouTube channel, they uploaded a new video of their trip to the Biltmore. This was a special trip in honor of Carlin’s birthday. Originally, it was meant to be for Lawson and Tiffany, but Kelly Jo Bates treated Carlin and Evan to the trip too. So, they all hung out together and enjoyed themselves. One-year-old Layla tagged along too.
In the vlog, the couples eat breakfast together at the hotel before heading to the Biltmore Estate to explore. Evan documents their trip and shows viewers around the outside of the estate and the gardens. While inside the estate, he doesn’t record a video, but he does take several photos, which are included in the YouTube video.
Did Lawson Bates and Tiffany Espensen buy a house?
At the end of the video, the couples are walking back to the car together. They are worn out from exploring the huge estate. Carlin definitely recommends that viewers visit the estate if they are in the area because it was “awesome.”
Then, Lawson says, “Here’s the thing. Me and Tiff have been talking for about seven months, and we just closed on our first house! It’s a starter. There’s room to grow. I just feel like it’s a good start for us. It’s a big moment in our life.”
In a comment on the video, one fan wrote, “Surprised that Lawson and Tiffany bought a house together. Guessing another engagement is on the horizon.”
Carlin confirms that it was just a joke, saying, “Haha they were joking about buying the Biltmore house!”
So, it’s clear that Lawson and Tiffany didn’t actually buy a house, and they especially couldn’t afford the Biltmore Estate at this point. Still, fans are hopeful they will get engaged soon.
